Enoki Mushroom Steak

Ingredients: large row (cleaned, cut and blanched), enoki mushroom (cleaned), cinnamon, aniseed.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the blanched large row and stir fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of water.

Add the right amount of cooking wine.

Add the right amount of soy sauce.
6.
Add the right amount of salt.
7.
Add the right amount of sugar.
8.
Put cinnamon and aniseed.

Season to a boil.

Then, cook until the soup is almost done, add enoki mushrooms, and add appropriate amount of oyster sauce.

Cook for 2 minutes, and serve.
