Enoki Mushroom Tofu Soup

Dice the tofu, tear the enoki mushrooms, and cut the lettuce into small pieces.

Put a little oil in the pan and saute the garlic.
3.
Pour the enoki mushrooms and fry them slightly.
4.
Add tofu cubes and add a bowl of water.
5.
Bring to a boil and cook for another 5 minutes.
6.
Pour in the lettuce and season with salt and sesame oil.
