Enoki Mushroom with Cold Garlic Moss

Prepare fresh garlic moss

Prepare white vinegar and sesame oil

Tear the garlic moss into filaments, marinate in salt for 15 minutes, squeeze the water and set aside

Cut off the roots of the enoki mushrooms, wash them, and blanch them in boiling water for a while (preferably within 10 seconds to avoid clogging the teeth)

Peel the ginger and garlic, wash, and chop finely

Add white vinegar to minced ginger and garlic to make a sauce

Mix enoki mushroom and garlic moss, add the sauce, mix well
8.
Drizzle with sesame oil and light soy sauce, add a little chopped pepper, mix well and serve
