Enoki Mushroom with Garlic

Cut off the roots of Flammulina velutipes, wash in clean water, slightly torn up by hand, and cut into two sections.

Placing the plate: Put the shorter enoki mushrooms on the bottom of the plate, and the long enoki mushrooms on the top of the plate.

Peel the garlic, cut into minced garlic, and cut the onion into chopped green onion for later use.

Sprinkle the minced garlic evenly on the enoki mushrooms, steam for 8 minutes and take out.

To prepare the sauce: prepare a small bowl, add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, half a tablespoon of sesame oil and a small amount of sugar to the bowl to make it fresh. Stir them evenly.

Pour the sauce on the steamed enoki mushrooms and sprinkle with chopped green onions.

Boil the oil in a hot pot and pour it onto the enoki mushrooms.
