After the fresh chicken is cleaned, cut it into pieces; you can ask the store to do it for this step;

Pour clean water into the pot, add chicken, patted old ginger, cooking wine, boil cold water, remove and wash;

Peanuts are peeled and washed for later use;

Peel the lotus root, wash and cut into large pieces;

The yam processing method is the same as above; peel, wash, and cut into large pieces;

Put the chicken, green onion and ginger slices into the stewing pot;

Put peanuts, lotus roots and yam together, and pour some water;
8.
Choose "Meat" and stew for 3 hours;

After 2.5 hours, add wolfberry and appropriate amount of salt;
10.
After the chicken broth is simmered, eat it while it is hot.
Tips:
1. Before boiling the chicken soup, blanch it so that the soup is cooler and has no peculiar smell;
2. Before putting the wolfberry into the soup, soak it in clean water for a few minutes; it can wash off the ash and other impurities on the surface of the wolfberry;
3. The seasoning only needs salt, just put it in the last half an hour;
