2. Pour clean water into the pot, add chicken, patted old ginger, cooking wine, boil cold water, remove and wash;

3. Peanuts are peeled and washed for later use;

4. Peel the lotus root, wash and cut into large pieces;

6. Put the chicken, green onion and ginger slices into the stewing pot;

7. Put peanuts, lotus roots and yam together, and pour some water;
