After the butter is softened, add confectioner's sugar and salt, and beat with a whisk until the volume is puffy. Add the whole egg liquid and beat evenly to form a light and fluffy mixture. Mix the flour and milk powder and sift into the butter paste. Stir evenly with a rubber spatula to completely mix the powder and butter

Fold into a moist batter as shown in the picture. Divide the batter into small portions with your hands and knead into small balls. Use your fingers to press down from the center of the small ball, flatten the small ball while leaving a small pit in the center of the small ball. Use a small spoon to hold the jam and put it in the small pit (if you want to put more jam, you can press the small pit larger and deeper). Put the baking tray into the middle layer of the preheated oven at 180℃, and bake for about 15 minutes until the surface is golden brown (the baking time varies according to the actual situation of the oven and the size of the biscuits, please adjust as appropriate)
Tips:
1. The jam in the middle of the biscuits can be selected according to your own preferences, I use raspberry jam;
2. When rubbing the batter into small balls with your hands, if the batter sticks to your hands, you can pat dry flour on your hands to prevent sticking.
