Extra Thick Milk Stick
1.
Put the softened butter, milk powder, and condensed milk into a bowl together, and stir evenly with a spatula (the condensed milk itself has a sweet taste, so there is no sugar in the formula). The dough may show different softness and hardness. You can adjust the amount of condensed milk according to the actual situation. If the dough is too dry, you can add some condensed milk. (Don't knead the dough too much. Don't knead it after kneading. Decrease the crispness of biscuits)
2.
Put the kneaded dough into a fresh-keeping bag and roll it out into a thick rectangular noodle. Cut off the irregular edges and corners of the rolled dough to make the dough more tidy, and cut it into thin strips with a knife.
3.
Place the thin strips on a baking sheet lined with non-stick grease. Preheat the oven at 160°, and heat the second layer up and down for 13 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
