Family Bibimbap

Wash winter squash and cut into small slices

Cut lettuce and cucumber into small pieces

The bracken is soaked in warm water in advance, soak it in the pot and cook.

This is the most important Korean hot sauce. I bought it online. This one has a more authentic taste and is freshly made.

Platycodon grandiflorum can be left or left alone, depending on personal preference.

Put all the ingredients in place, two spoons of rice, one half-boiled egg, and two spoons of hot sauce. (I won't put it in a beautiful place here, because I will have to mix it well later).
