Family Edition Large Plate Chicken

Prepare the ingredients, cut the chicken legs into pieces

Shred the onion and cut the potatoes into pieces

Pour oil in the pan

Saute the pepper and dried chili with cold oil

After the oil is hot, add the chicken thighs and stir fry until the color changes

Add half a bag of chicken stock and stir fry evenly

Add cold water (the water should be under the chicken nuggets) and simmer for 20 minutes

Tips:
There is no need to add salt separately, because the chicken stock itself is very salty.
