Family Edition Square Pizza

The ingredients look complicated. In fact, you can use whatever you have at home. It is not impossible to have a sea and land double fight. It is so casual to do it yourself.

The bread is two pieces. I still use the bread machine fermentation process, but I turned it off for about 1 hour. I took it out after the power was off and fermented for another half an hour. Exhausted and cut into 2 portions. Rolled out the bread with greased paper, in the middle. Thin, thick on all sides, use a fork to dazzle.

When kneading the noodles in the bread machine, prepare the vegetable ingredients, shred the green peppers, slice the sausage and mushrooms, shred about one-third of the onions, and chop the rest to prepare homemade pizza sauce.

Heat in a small pot, pour olive oil, fry the onion diced on a medium-low heat, add tomato sauce, if you need to use fresh tomatoes, make the juice thick, add black pepper, Italian mixed spices, and season with salt. If you are too lazy to make it, you can buy ready-made pizza sauce.

After the ingredients are ready, preheat the oven at 200 degrees. Spread pizza sauce on the bottom layer.

Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese and cut as small as possible.

Place the meat first, and then cover the vegetables, so that you can keep the meat tender and juicy without being over-dried.

Make it yourself at home, and the presentation should be beautiful, sprinkle a little mozzarella cheese on the top layer.

Bake the middle layer of the oven for about 15 minutes. The meat is basically cooked. Take out the baking tray and spread the mozzarella cheese on the upper layer before putting it in the oven.

If it is a fruit pizza, you don't need to take it out in the middle, and bake it directly until the mozzarella cheese is bubbling and golden spots appear as shown in the picture.

Tips:
1. I prepared two servings of flour and ingredients. One is chicken breast and green pepper, and the other is onion and southern sausage. These ingredients are not used up.
2. The dough will continue to ferment. If you are afraid that it will swell too much during over-fermentation, you can roll out the crust and put it in the refrigerator. When the ingredients are ready, just take the dough out.
3. Pizza sauce should not be too salty. The meat of the ingredients has salty taste.
4. The whole pizza should not be made of ingredients with high water content, otherwise the pizza will have a bad taste after being baked.
5. Those who don’t have a pizza pan, I believe you have the motivation to make a pizza too! Come on.
