Family Edition Yuxiang Pork

1. Shred the tenderloin, add a teaspoon of salt, a little five-spice powder, an appropriate amount of water starch, stir evenly and marinate for a while.

2. Cut garlic, carrots, black fungus, and green pepper into shreds. Set aside.

3. Add oil to the pan, heat slightly, pour in the marinated pork, stir fry until white, add a spoonful of red bean paste.

4. Stir fry until fragrant, pour in the minced garlic and continue to stir fry.

5. Stir-fry the garlic, pour in all the side dishes except the green pepper.

6. 2 scoops of fuel, 1 scoop of cooking wine, 1 scoop of light soy sauce, 1 scoop of sugar, add some water (forgot to take pictures). Pour into the pan that has been stir-fried.

7. The soup is almost harvested, pour in the green pepper shreds, stir for a short while, and you can get it out of the pot.

8. Okay, it's time for dinner.

Tips:

You can add potato shreds and rice white shreds to the side dishes. I forgot to buy it, so I will just take a look. Actually, the final soup should be thickened with some starch, but I used the bowl that was filled with shredded pork. The soup is full, so I didn’t add any more starch, because there was some starch smear in the bowl.
The ingredients I use and the method of frying are the simplest and clearest, but the taste is not bad, I hope you like it.
