Family Making Kimchi Fried Rice

1. The ingredients needed are: leftover rice, Korean kimchi, green peas, carrots, beef, eggs, Korean chili paste.

2. Cut carrots into cubes, shred beef, marinate and season, fry into cubes, green beans, chop kimchi, and set aside. (You can also replace the above ingredients with your favorite)

3. Pour an appropriate amount of salad oil into the wok and heat until 80% hot.

4. Add green peas and stir fry.

5. Add carrot diced and stir fry.

6. Add beef cubes and continue to stir fry.

7. Add kimchi and continue to stir fry.

8. Add Korean chili paste at the end. If this is not available, use soybean paste or other chili paste instead.

9. Stir-fry evenly and pour in the beaten leftover rice.

10. Continue to stir fry.

11. Fry an egg in a small frying pan while stirring, don’t fry too old
