Fan Bone Carrot Soup

After cleaning the fan bones, blanch them and rinse them.

Put the rinsed bones in a clay pot, add ginger slices and a suitable amount of water, and boil over medium heat. After boiling, continue to boil on medium heat for about 20 minutes and turn to low heat for about 20 minutes.

Peel the white radish and cut into pieces.

After the bone soup is turned on, continue to cook for about half an hour, add the radish, and cook for about another hour.

Add proper amount of salt after boiling.
Tips:
1. Use a spoon to remove any foam after the soup pot is opened.
2. The fan bone itself has oil, so there is no need to add oil.
