Fancy Bean Paste

Pour all the ingredients except the butter into the basin, stir into a flocculent shape, knead into a dough, add butter and knead into a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and leave for 30 minutes.

Ferment the dough to twice its original size, and pinch it with a finger dipped in flour. The fermentation is complete without shrinking or collapsing.

Divide the dough into six portions, round it, and cover with plastic wrap for about 15 minutes.

Take a dough and roll it out.

Put the bean paste on it and wrap it up like a bun.

Roll it out again with a rolling pin.

Make a few strokes with a knife and reshape it.

Prepare all the bread dough and place them on a baking tray lined with tin foil.

Put it in the oven and ferment for a second time to double its size. Take out the egg wash and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.

Put it in a preheated oven at 175 degrees and leave it in the middle for 15 minutes, until the surface is golden brown.
