Fried noodles is the most common and traditional noodle dish. I used to make fried sauce and didn’t know how to dilute the sauce, but it was always dry when it came out. Add water, but it didn’t taste good and the taste faded. Later, I saw other pros and said to dilute the sauce. This is a good way. I added two tablespoons of hoisin sauce. Fancy Fried Noodles

1. Use warm water to animate the flour into a harder dough, cover it with a damp towel and wake up for 30 minutes

2. Chop the minced meat, chopped ginger and chopped green onion

3. Add cold water to the diluted noodle sauce

Tips:

The noodle sauce needs to be diluted, and it is better to add some soy sauce and hoisin sauce. I blanched the carrot shreds with boiling water, and it didn't smell like lettuce. Add a little salt to the noodles, and the noodles come out more vigorously.
