Fancy Fried Rice

Diced cucumber

Diced carrots

Diced ham, green onion, garlic moss

Put the cut vegetables in the pot for later use

Tips:
1. The seasoning for this dish is only salt and green onions. If you like darker, you can add some soy sauce.
2. It is good to buy some garlic moss and keep it at home for later use, especially when it is fried with rice, it will have garlic fragrance and good color matching.
