Fancy glutinous rice balls, a gorgeous and delicious dessert!
The whole process is like playing with plasticine. The difference is that you have to adjust the color yourself, and the dough will become softer and harder by yourself!
Give full play to your imagination, create the shape you want, and enjoy the process until the finished product is completed! There is more to eat!
Family members are not so resistant to glutinous rice food. As a snack, two or three per person is enough. It is more troublesome to use a cooking machine to make vegetable juice in a small amount!
I chose fruit powder, soaked in boiling water, and added glutinous rice powder to get a beautiful color!

Fancy Gnocchi

1. Prepare the materials

2. Add some salt to the glutinous rice flour and mix well

3. Dissolve with the right amount of boiling water and the right amount of powdered sugar

4. Put a small spoonful of fruit powder of different colors into the four small plates, blue and yellow together become green! Pour proper amount of boiling water to dissolve

7. Take a ball of glutinous rice dough and wrap it in the filling

8. Use toothpicks and other gadgets to use your imagination and match the color dough to shape freely

9. After the water is boiled, put it in the pot and cook until it all floats on the surface.

10. Just fish out and serve

Tips:

1. The pigment can be replaced with various vegetable juices, which is healthier;
2. The design and color can be used freely, and the stamp should be darker, and it will be obvious when it is cooked;
3. Add a little salt to the glutinous rice flour and hot noodles to make the dough more flexible;
4. The filling is free, and the bag should be good, and it can be refrigerated to harden and shape;
5. When cooking glutinous rice balls, wait until the water is boiled first, then turn the glutinous rice balls to a medium heat, boil, and cook until all of them float.
