Fancy Peach Crisp

Two eggs were put into the container. I used the native eggs, which didn't have any fishy smell.

Add oil and sugar.

First use an electric whisk to stir slightly.

Use a low gear and stop after two minutes.

Sift in the flour and baking soda. For Chinese dim sum, use our Chinese ordinary flour. The flour must be sieved.

Mix well with a spatula.

Divide them into about 20 grams each and press them out with a moon cake mold.

Put it into an oven preheated to 200 degrees in advance. My oven is relatively large, it is an air oven, which can bake four dishes at a time, and the ingredients used in ordinary ovens need to be reduced.

150 degrees, about 12 minutes, ordinary open-hearth oven 180 degrees, about 15 minutes.

The finished product is evenly colored, not so crisp when it is first out of the oven, and becomes crispy when it cools down.
Tips:
Add a layer of simple packaging and it can be stored.
