Fancy Potato Garden
1.
Wash the ingredients first, peel the yam and pumpkin into the pressure cooker, add the valve to steam and steam for 8 minutes
2.
After peeling 200 grams of purple sweet potato, crush it slightly, add 80 grams of tapioca flour, 20 grams of condensed milk, 5 grams of sugar and 6 grams of hot water.
3.
Put it into the bread machine bucket and stir the non-particle, fine dough (if you don't have a bread machine, knead it by hand)
4.
150g pumpkin with 120g tapioca flour, 10g condensed milk and 5g sugar
5.
Pour into the bread machine and form a dough. In the same way, 150 grams of yam, 20 grams of condensed milk, 60 grams of cassava flour, 5 grams of sugar and 8 grams of hot water, are also mixed into a dough.
6.
Get three colors of dough (cover with plastic wrap to avoid cracking)
7.
The following is simple, according to your preference, knead into a round ball, knead into strips and cut into sections, or make some patterns, use a rolling pin to form a round skin, use a flower mold to carve petals, etc.
8.
Sprinkle some tapioca flour on the unused potato garden, shake well, freeze in the refrigerator, and cook as you eat
9.
The next step is to cook. Put the cooked potato balls into boiling water and cook them separately (I'm lazy and cook them together). After the potato balls come up, turn to low heat and cook for 2 minutes.
10.
After picking up the potato balls, immediately put them in cold water and cool them aside
11.
Take out the iced potato garden, add an appropriate amount of iced boiled water, add a spoonful of sugar roses and an appropriate amount of honey beans to start eating (or some of your favorite desserts, such as: coconut milk, condensed milk, fresh milk, etc.)
Tips:
1: Boil purple sweet potato taro balls. There are anthocyanins in purple potato, which turns blue when it meets alkali, and turns red when it meets acid. Generally, it turns blue when it is boiled in tap water. You can add 1 or 2 drops of vinegar to adjust the color you want.
2; Tapioca flour must be added while hot.
3: Sprinkle some tapioca flour on the unused potato garden, shake well, freeze in the refrigerator, and cook as you eat.
4: The addition of cassava flour is for reference only. It can be adjusted appropriately during the process of making. Add water when it is dry, add a little cassava flour when it is wet, or not add sugar. As for the cassava flour, you can add more to it if it has a good texture
