Fancy Rice-steamed Rice with Watercress and Egg

One egg, four slices of beef, and watercress. Wash well.

1 plate of leftovers.

Beat an egg in the center of the leftover rice, put 4 slices of beef around, and steam for 10 minutes in a steamer.

Put watercress on the plate, drizzle with a spoonful of soy sauce, and add an appropriate amount of lard.
5.
Steam the watercress for 15 seconds.
