Fancy Steamed Tofu

Prepared materials.

Cut the soft tofu into pieces of similar thickness.

Take only the yolk of the salted duck egg.

Unpack the ham sausage and cut diagonally into slices about one centimeter thick. Then put the sliced ham on top of the tofu and put it on the plate.

Place them in order. (I put the crushed tofu on both sides)

Shell the shrimp, chop the shrimp meat and set aside. Cut the egg yolk and place it on the other side of the tofu.

Boil water in the steamer, put it in the pot and steam for 20 minutes.
8.
Sprinkle with chopped green onions.
9.
Top with light soy sauce.
10.
Heat the oil and just drizzle on it.
Tips:
This dish can be seasoned with light soy sauce.
