Farfalline-the Different Life of Pasta

Assemble the ingredients, dice the onion, cut the smoked pork into small pieces, peel off the fresh peas, and prepare the pasta.

Put enough water in the pot to bring to a boil, add some salt, drip a few drops of olive oil, put the butterfly noodles in a medium heat and cook for 6 minutes.

Following the previous step, pour the fresh peas into the pot and cook with the noodles for 7 minutes.

Heat a wok, add olive oil, and fry the diced onions.

Add sliced bacon and sauté until fragrant.

Remove the noodles and peas and drain.

Put the noodles and peas in a wok and stir-fry, turn off the heat, add some salt and cheese powder.

Squeeze the juice of half a lemon.
9.
Sprinkle some cheese powder on the platter.
Tips:
The cooking time of pasta is longer, it is recommended to add enough water in the pot;
The cooking time of each pasta is different, and there will be clear instructions on the packaging, and it is recommended to follow the instructions;
Smoked meat and cheese powder have a salty taste, so salt needs to be added appropriately.
If you don’t have new peas, you can buy quick-frozen peas. Cook for 2 more minutes. You can also use other beans instead.
