Farm-style Small Fish Sauce Potatoes

The reason why I say it is a small fish is because my husband and I don’t know the name of this fish. We only heard that it is a juvenile of "Jiangyu". In short, this fish is very thin, at most 3 to 4 centimeters long, like bamboo chopsticks. Crude
