Farmhouse Fried Pork

Wash the pork and drain the water.

Fat and thin slices separately.

Add some of the lean meat soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken powder, cornstarch, and finally add some peanut oil to marinate and set aside for later use.

The garlic sprouts must be removed and washed, and the peppers must be washed.

Cut the garlic sprouts into sections, remove the seeds of the pepper and cut into pieces with a hob.

Adjust the sauce with oyster sauce, light soy sauce, chili sauce, and chicken powder, and set aside for later use.

Heat the wok, add a little oil, and stir-fry the cut fat to get the oil.

Pour down the lean meat and keep it hot.

Stir fry until the flesh turns white.

Add garlic stalks and stir fry a few times.

Pour down the chili and continue to stir fry, and finally add garlic sprouts.

Pour in the prepared sauce and sugar and stir fry evenly.
Tips:
The lean meat is marinated and fried to make the meat tender and tasty. The fat and thin sliced shoulder blades are so easy to pick because my baby does not eat fat. You can stir fry the fat and lean pork together. This dish is not too spicy, and generally not too spicy are acceptable.
