Griddle Organic Cauliflower

Prepare ingredients: 400 grams of organic cauliflower, 50 grams of sausage, 30 grams of fat and lean pork, 50 grams of onion, 30 grams of carrot, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 garlic sprouts

Wash the cauliflower and cut it into small flowers.

Sausage slices, meat slices, garlic sprouts cut into sections, carrots slices, garlic slices, and onions shredded.

Pour a small amount of oil into the pan to heat up, and stir-fry the onion and garlic twice to slightly change the color.

Serve to the bottom of the dry pot.

Pour some more oil in the pot, heat the current sausage and meat slightly, and stir until the sausage is transparent.

Then sauté the carrots and change their color.

Stir-fry the cauliflower again.

Stir-fry until the cauliflower changes color and season with salt.

Pour a small amount of raw extract fresh.

Stir well and add garlic sprouts.

Put it in a dry pan with an onion at the bottom.

Set alight in the pot and enjoy slowly.
Tips:
1. Stir-fry at medium and small throughout. If the fire is too big, the pot will dry. You can add a little water, but not too much, otherwise there will be no dry taste.
2. Don't fry too well, because you have to sit on an alcohol fire.
3. You don’t need to fry the onion at the bottom, it will release the fragrance when it is slowly burned on a low fire.
