Farmhouse Roasted Chicken

The preparation materials are shown in the figure.

Cut the various side dishes as shown in the picture.

Pour the oil in a hot pan and bring it to 80% hot.

Add the local chicken and stir fry for 30 seconds to dry the water.

Pour in an appropriate amount of cooking wine and stir fry for 10 seconds to get rid of fishy.

Add the bean paste and stir fry for 30 seconds.

Add star anise and pepper and stir fry for 20 seconds.

Add string beans, potatoes, lotus root and carrots, stir well, cook on low heat until the soup is half dried.

Pour in an appropriate amount of soy sauce and stir fry for 20 seconds.

Add an appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry evenly, cover and simmer for 2 minutes before being out of the pan.
