Another taste of hometown. When I was young, relatives in the mountains would often give some away. Now, no one wants to enter the mountain anymore.

Farmhouse Wild Vegetables

1. Buy a bag of bracken, a fresh green pepper, and a carrot.

2. Open the bag of bracken, pour out the juice, and cut into inch sections.

3. Cut carrots and green peppers into strips about the thickness of bracken.

4. Heat the wok with water and bring it to a boil.

5. Add the bracken, carrots, and green peppers in turn and blanch them in water.

6. Take out the cold and dry water and pour it into the basin.

7. Place minced garlic, red rice pepper, and white sesame on top.

8. Pouring hot oil on it, soaking incense.

9. Add salt, monosodium glutamate and white sugar and stir well.

10. Just install it.
