Fast Food Sushi

Prepare cucumber strips, pork floss, seaweed, sweet salad dressing, rolling curtains, rice (already cooled and mixed with sushi vinegar)

Put 1 sheet of seaweed on the roller blind, and evenly spread a layer of rice on the seaweed to compact

Spread a layer of salad dressing evenly on the rice layer

Put two cucumber strips and sprinkle a layer of pork floss in the middle

Roll it up, roll it tighter.

Tips:
The taste is adjusted by yourself. If you like the sour rice, put more sushi vinegar, and if you like sushi dessert, put more salad dressing. In summer, you can make sushi rice with any kind of rice. When the weather is cold, you can make do with Northeast rice. Japanese rice can be used all year round.
