Fat Beef Egg Noodles

Preparation: more than 10 slices of beef rolls, a small handful of greens, half a catty of noodles, one egg, a little green onion, and a little chili sauce

Wash the greens, cut into two sections, spinach, rapeseed, it’s ok

Boil water in the pot, boil the noodles in three boiling pots, add a little bit of cold water to pressure after each boiling

After the noodles are cooked, remove them and put them in cold water for a while, so that the noodles will not become sticky and will be more refreshing to eat

Pour a little vegetable oil in a hot pan, then chopped green onion and sauté

Add two large bowls of water, add a little salt, and bring to a boil. Then, while the boiling water is boiling, beat the eggs in. This will keep the eggs intact and form poached eggs.
