When I was young, every day my father would use plant ash to "dùn" in the yard, he would press the grains in the middle, praying for good weather and abundant grains this year. Mom will make this kind of snack for us to eat. We call it Chess Peas here. The method has been changed. It's just as delicious~"

1. The amount of sugar is added according to your own taste. This is sweet, and the salty taste is usually added with appropriate amount of pepper leaf powder (the sugar is replaced by: 1 gram of salt + 1 gram of pepper leaf powder).
2. Part of the milk can be replaced with the same amount of eggs.
3. Be sure to write a small text to prevent burning.
4. It feels very smooth when turning, just hear the crunchy sound.
5. Sealed and preserved, it is recommended to eat as soon as possible
