Fennel Root Boiled Pork Ribs

1. Boil the ribs in boiling water and remove the blood stains.

2. Put the washed pork ribs in a casserole, pat the ginger into it, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer for half an hour on low heat.

3. Scrape the fennel root with a knife and cut open to peel out the aged core root.

4. Put the processed fennel root in water and scrub it.

5. The washed fennel root is put in a casserole for stewing ribs and simmered with the ribs for half an hour, and seasoned with salt.
