Fermented Bean Curd and Water Spinach

The water spinach removes the yellow leaves and the old man stem. Fold into small pieces.

Stir the fermented bean curd, light soy sauce, and salt together and set aside

Heat the pot, add oil, add the crushed garlic and stir to create a fragrance

Pour in the washed water spinach and stir fry over high heat.

Pour the oyster sauce over the fried water spinach and stir evenly.
