Fermented Bean Curd Lotus Root Slices

Peel lotus root, wash and slice, chop garlic, chop green onion, red pepper and cut into circles.

Put the sliced lotus root slices into the pan and fry for about 1 minute to scoop up.

Saute the garlic and red pepper in a hot pan until fragrant.

Add water, add fermented bean curd and beat well, add seasonings, pour in lotus root slices and simmer slightly.

Tips:
The lotus root slices will be more fragrant after being fried, but the fried time should not be too long to avoid loss of nutrition.
