Fermented Bean Curd Meat

Cut the pork belly into small pieces for later use.

Put two pieces of red fermented bean curd and five spoons of soup in a bowl.

Mash the fermented bean curd and set aside.

Pour oil in the pot and heat until 80% hot.

Pour in the pork and stir until the flesh turns white and oily.

Add fermented bean curd juice and soy sauce to taste.

Add water to the pork and boil on high heat, then turn to medium heat and continue cooking.
