Fermented Bean Curd Meat

1. Cut the pork belly into small pieces for later use.

2. Put two pieces of red fermented bean curd and five spoons of soup in a bowl.

3. Mash the fermented bean curd and set aside.

4. Pour oil in the pot and heat until 80% hot.

5. Pour in the pork and stir until the flesh turns white and oily.
