Fermented Bean Paste Cake

Mix flour and 1 gram of yeast to prepare fermented rice

Pour the fermented rice into the flour and knead it into a smooth dough, then put it into the bread machine and press the fermentation program for one and a half hours

Take it out when it’s over, pull it apart and see if it’s in this state.

Knead again and then round into a uniform dough

Prepare red bean paste

Flatten the dough and add red bean paste

After closing the mouth, press it gently

Pour a little oil in the hot pan, add the cakes with warm oil and turn to medium-low heat

Fry until cooked through, then turn off the heat and get out of the pan

Sweet and soft
Tips:
1. Adding a little yeast is to shorten the fermentation time, do not add too much yeast to avoid losing the original flavor of the wine;
2. When frying, reduce the oil and medium-low heat, so that the inside and outside of the cake can be cooked.
