Fern Root Powder Mixed with Bean Sprouts

Soak the fern root powder in warm water in advance to soften it.

Cut the scallions into thin strips diagonally, put them in a heat-resistant container, and put a proper amount of pepper on the scallions.

Add appropriate amount of oil to the frying spoon, heat it until it smokes, and pour it on the pepper and green onion.

Pick out the peppercorns, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and balsamic vinegar, and mix well.

Add water to the pot, boil, add the soaked fern root powder and cook for about 1 minute.

Add the washed soybean sprouts and cook the bean sprouts.

After removing it, let it cool in boiling water and drain the water.

Put the drained soybean sprouts and fern root powder into the mixed sauce and mix well. Add salt or not according to your taste.
