Fiddlehead with Garlic

Rinse the bracken, cut off the roots, blanch it in boiling water, remove it immediately after it changes color

Let cool, drain the water, and cut into inch pieces

Chop garlic, add salt, light soy sauce, sugar, balsamic vinegar and sesame oil to make a flavored juice. Arrange the cut bracken on a plate, top with flavored juice, and mix well when eating.
