Fig Hard Biscuits

Chop the dried figs.

Butter diced and softened at room temperature

Mix the flour and powdered sugar.

Add the softened butter.

Use your hands to rub into even small particles.

Add dried figs and mix well.

Add the beaten egg mixture and knead into a dough.

Shape the dough into a rectangular parallelepiped, wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator until the dough becomes hard.

Take out the dough and cut into slices about 5 mm thick with a knife.

Place in a baking tray, put it in the preheated oven at 165 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes.
