Fig Lily Lotus Seed Syrup

Preparation materials: 6 dried figs, 1 sweet potato, appropriate amount of lily and lotus seeds

Wash lily and lotus seeds

Put the figs in a casserole

Tips:
Dried figs are very sweet, sweet potatoes are also sweet, so you don't need to put sugar in this syrup, but if you put less figs and a lot of water, you can put a little sugar.
Sweet potatoes are easy to be stewed soft, so you have to wait until the lotus seeds and lilies are ripe before putting them. The sweet potatoes should not be stewed too badly, otherwise the soup will become turbid.
