Fig Wick Ball Lean Broth

Prepare materials

Wash wick balls, figs, apricots, dried tangerine peels, and candied dates and cut them for easy taste;

Wash the lean meat with boiling water for a while to remove the pig smell;

Put the wick ball, north and south apricots, figs, tangerine peel and candied dates until the stew;

Put another 8 minutes full of water

Bring to a boil over high heat and then turn to low heat and simmer for about 1.5 hours! (You can add salt as you like when drinking, personally think it is not necessary)

My fig is a big one, so one cup is one by one, if you don’t have such a big one, I suggest you put 3 in one cup.
