Figs, Lotus Seeds and Lily Syrup

Ingredients: 2 figs, 25g lotus seeds, 25g lilies, 1 sweet potato, 3 bowls of water, appropriate amount of ginger, appropriate amount of rock sugar.

Wash the lotus seeds and lily to remove the floating dust, add water to soak until the hair rises.

Wash and peel the sweet potatoes and cut into small cubes.

Wash ginger, peel and smash.

Put the lotus seeds and ginger in a clay pot and add 3 bowls of water.

Bring to a boil and turn to medium-low heat and cook for about half an hour.

Add lilies, sweet potatoes, and figs, and cook for about 20 minutes.

Add rock sugar, cook until melted, and turn off the heat.

Serve in a bowl and serve.
Tips:
Figs can be replaced with dried fruits and boiled together with lotus seeds.
Rock sugar can be added according to your own taste.
Clay pot is the best cooking utensil.
