Finger Shrimp

Cut the shrimp into a small bite, squeeze out the dirt inside with your hands, and process all of them in turn, mince ginger and garlic, and chop onion

Mix the light soy sauce and sugar together. (If you like spicy flavor, you can add some hot sauce)

After the pan is heated, add a little oil, add the shrimp and start to fry

When the shrimp turns red, pour in the cooking wine and continue to fry

Add ginger garlic and stir fry

The prawn shell looks a bit crispy, soak in light soy sauce and stir
7.
Sprinkle chopped green onion before serving to increase the fragrance
Tips:
Stir-fried shrimp must be fried with water so that the inside of the shrimp is firm and chewy. If you can't buy big head prawns, you can use other prawns to stir fry it as delicious.
