Finger-sucking Braised Prawns

Prepare the required ingredients;

Wash the shrimp after removing the shrimp thread, and control the moisture;

Tips:
1. Don't fry the shrimp for too long, because you will have to braise it later, and the meat will not be tender after a long time;
