Finger Sucking Sweet and Sour Fish Pieces
1.
Take out the frozen fish pieces, put them in cold water, pour a little vinegar, soak them until the ice cubes melt, then cut the herring into small pieces, wash and drain.
2.
Boil the frying pan until it smokes, add the fish pieces, and fry slowly
3.
Fry until golden on one side, turn over and continue to fry until all golden
4.
Fish out
5.
In a separate oil pan, put in an appropriate amount of tomato sauce, a little cooking wine, a little more light soy sauce (without salt), and some sugar (I don’t eat sugar in my home), stir fry a few times, and pour it into a small bowl of water to cook open,
6.
Add the fish pieces, cover the pot and simmer, add water and simmer to make the fried fish pieces less hard and more delicious.
7.
Boil until the soup is thick, turn off the heat and bring out, sprinkle chopped green onion or cooked sesame seeds for decoration.
Sweet and sour and delicious, the most reluctant to give up a drop of soup.
Tips:
Be sure to put a bowl of water in the broth, so that the fish will not be hard and taste better after it is cooked.
