[finland] Oatmeal and Pomegranate Salad

Prepare the ingredients.

Put 1 tablespoon of oil in the pot, add oats and sauté until fragrant.

Add maltose and stir fry well.

Cut the pumpkin into cubes, cut the lettuce into small pieces, and peel the pomegranate.

Soak the lettuce and pomegranate separately in ice water for 5 minutes.

Tips:
Stir the oats in a pot with maltose, turn off the heat and let the remaining heat stir evenly. Don't make a big fire, it's easy to muddle.
