Put milk, whipped cream, eggs first, and then flour. Put the salt and sugar aside, dig a hole in the middle to put the yeast! Knead into a ball and put butter. Rub out the film! Wake up. After proofing, take out five points and knead them into a single ball.

I put the white sugar in the middle for filling, (you can also change to bean paste or other depending on personal taste) and put it in the oven for a second proofing.

Bake up and down at 180 degrees for 20 minutes and turn to 165 degrees. Take out the honey brush for another 20 minutes. Take it out and put it on the shelf to cool it down.
