Mince meat, mince shiitake mushrooms

Steam on high heat for 10 minutes

Tips:
1. Be careful when cutting the oily tofu, don't cut it, so that it will cover more realistically.
2. Stuff the meat as much as possible so that the oily tofu will not shrink and deform after steaming.
