Fish Ball
1.
Remove the skin of the grass carp and clean it.

Chop the fish into puree with a knife.
3.
Soak the green onion and ginger in advance.
4.
Add green onion and ginger water and add an egg white.
5.
Add appropriate amount of starch and stir well.
6.
Add the right amount of salt.
7.
Stir well.
8.
Boil water in a pot, don’t boil it as shown in the picture.
9.
Squeeze into fish balls by hand as shown in the picture.
10.
Simmer on a low fire, float and fish out.
