Fish Ball Soup

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, put green onions, ginger, and carrots to a boil.

Put the fish in to a boil and simmer slowly.

Chop the fish, add salt, white pepper, cooking wine, egg white, and starch and mix well.

Turn the fish pot to a low heat and put the fish balls one by one.
