Fish Cakes and Shepherd's Purse Congee

Soak the shepherd's purse in salt water and wash it.

Wash the rice well.

Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot and boil until the bottom of the pot bubbling.

Add rice. Turn to low heat after boiling.

Dice fish cakes and chop shepherd's purse.

Tips:
1. Shepherd's purse is wild vegetable, so it is better to soak in salt water for cleaning.
